TRAVEL INFORMATION

Flight time Iloilo is about 60 minutes by air from Manila

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Majority of international flights will land at the Manila International Airport (MNL), making this the main entry and transit point for Iloilo.

Conversely, Cebu Pacific operate a direct non-stop flights to/from Iloilo from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)  &  Hong Kong International Airport (HKG). However, we have been informed that these flights will NOT ALLOW the carriage of Action Air equipment.

FOR TRAVELLERS BRINGING Action Air equipment- YOU MUST ARRIVE/DEPART IN MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MNL) TO CLEAR YOUR EQUIPMENT with CUSTOMS and the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE. Procedure provided below.

If your arrive in any other airport (ex: Cebu), your guns will NOT be cleared and may result in confiscation.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL

There are several flights daily from MNL to ILO daily. We recommend that you book only with the following airlines to  ensure the carriage of your Action Air equipment on the Domestic flight.

PROCEDURE TO ENTER PHILIPPINES with ACTION AIR EQUIPMENT

• A Permit to Transport issued by the Philippine National Police is required to enter the Philippines with Action Air equipment.

• The Permit to Transport will be processed by the AAWS2025 Organizers and once issued, will be uploaded to your individual competitor registration profile on IPSC-ESS Match Management System. A copy will also be sent to your Regional Director. Please carry a printed copy and bring it with you.

• Competitors MUST complete the data required on the individual registration profile as this will be used for the processing of your Permit to Transport
• Upon Arrival/Departure from MNL, PPSA representatives will be on-hand to assist you with the clearing process.
